Privacy notice

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Organization, type of work, timeline and budget are optional. It does not accept attachments. You can contact us by email instead.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss possible work. We do not add your email address to a marketing list or sell your information.

We process inquiries to take steps you request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. We also have a legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse.

The website and contact service use Microsoft Azure. Inquiries are delivered to our Microsoft 365 business mailbox; the contact service does not keep a separate database of submissions. Operational logs record service activity and errors, without message content or form-field values.

Microsoft processes information on our behalf and may process it outside the UK. Where required, international transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We delete inquiries that do not become client projects 12 months after the last contact. Information relating to a client project may be kept longer where needed for the work, legal obligations or legal claims. Operational logs are retained for 30 days.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, or receive it in a portable form. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

This website does not use advertising, behavioral analytics or non-essential cookies. Fonts are hosted with the website, and external resources open only when you follow their links.
